ANNOUNCEMENT

TO: ALL TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL

In compliance with DepEd Order No. 32, s. 2011 entitled, “Policies and Guidelines on Training and Development Programs and Activities”, all concerned personnel are enjoined to participate in the survey to ensure the provision of professional development activities that would enhance the employees’ knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable them to perform their functions effectively and that would address their performance and competency gaps.

All employees are advised to visit the link, or , for the survey on or before October 11, 2018. The result of this survey will greatly help the management team to propose training programs in line with the needs of the Division of Tarlac Province Personnel.

If there is a need for another training based on the performance gap analysis, participants may retake the survey.
